About Us
A bit about me - I have a pug (Elvis) and a mini-schnauzer (Boris). This is probably why you see so many pug and schnauzer designs!
On 10/15/2007, my precious miniature schnauzer Boris went to the bridge. He was being treated for doggie hepatitis but but suddenly became very ill. He had hepatic encephalitis. I miss him like crazy. He was a rescue and I was so very proud of how much he had accomplished in the nearly five years that he lived with me. I love you, Boris, and I always will.
I opened my store in February, 2007 and on March 1st, my pug nearly died from eating the tainted pet food. I stopped working on my store and did nothing for several months. I spent every spare moment caring for him. When he regained some of his strength, I decided to put some energy into NatureTees - I could express my creativity and promote the things that I love. My undergraduate degree was in biology and I have a deep commitment to preserving the environment and protecting endangered species - as well as educating the public about endangered species.
